All diamonds and gemstones featured on this site are laboratory-grown unless a listing clearly states otherwise, and this is disclosed in each product's description. Lab-grown diamonds are chemically, physically, and optically identical to mined diamonds. Most pieces include IGI certification for the center stone; where a piece is not certified, that is noted in its description. Metal type (14K, 18K, sterling silver, etc.) is specified for every piece. Carat weights, colors, and clarity grades are as reported by our suppliers and, where applicable, by IGI grading reports.
All prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to change prices at any time before an order is placed. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we do not store your payment card details.
We offer free insured shipping on all orders within the United States; free shipping does not apply to orders outside the U.S. Shipping timelines vary by piece, especially for made-to-order and bespoke work — we'll let you know what to expect when we confirm your order.
We want you to love your piece. Unworn items in their original packaging can be returned within 10 days of delivery for a refund. To start a return, email onawishgems@gmail.com. Custom and bespoke orders are final sale — see below.
Submitting the "Make Me My Own" form is an inquiry, not an order — it doesn't commit you to anything. We'll follow up to discuss design, materials, pricing, and terms for your specific piece before any payment is taken. Once a custom or bespoke order is placed, it is final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or cancellation, since each piece is made specifically for you.

We aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or a purchase, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing here limits any rights you have that can't be limited under applicable law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
