Custom order form. If you submit the "Make Me My Own" form, we collect your name, email address, phone number (if provided), and whatever details you write about the piece you're interested in. This is sent directly to our inbox by our form provider, FormSubmit — see below.
Purchases. When you buy a piece, you're taken to Stripe's secure checkout to enter your payment and shipping details. We never see or store your full card number — Stripe handles that directly. We do receive order and shipping information from Stripe so we can fulfill and ship your order.
Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site — for example, which pages are popular and roughly how much traffic we get. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information like your approximate location, device, and browsing behavior on this site. We don't use this data to identify you personally. We do not use advertising or retargeting cookies.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for anything beyond responding to you and fulfilling your order.

We keep custom order inquiries and order records only as long as needed to respond to you, fulfill your order, and meet our own recordkeeping and tax obligations. We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold, but no method of transmission or storage is ever 100% secure.
You can ask us at any time to tell you what information we have about you, or to delete it, by emailing onawishgems@gmail.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws like the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) or the EU's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR); we'll honor requests under those laws to the extent they apply.
